you got that right, Birmingham is the best for the nightlife especially on Broad Street in the centre of Birmingham and also shopping at the Famous NEW Bullring. May i suggest also visiting Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds (absolutely beautiful places if you like art, museums, olde world cottages and idylic villages). Also Devon,Newquay, Blackpool and Northumberland (seaside resorts).
