What type wallet is better to take on a trip to Europe for better protection from pick-pockets?

MYSTERIO!!! asked:

I am getting ready to go on a trip to Europe and I’ve heard several different suggestions about taking a neck-wallet, a regular wallet, and a chain wallet. I need a wallet that is, for the most part, safe from theft. What type wallet is better to take? Thanks for any advice!

All three. Distribute your money around so that if one wallet gets stolen you can still enjoy the trip. I always travel with at least 3 wallets: one for the plastic, one for the cash and one that I take out for all to see and has the small change.

Have copies of all important documents in your luggage. If possible scan and email them to an account that you can access at an internet cafe.
