I have never been there but my guess would be to backpack through. You can stay in youth hostels and its super cheap. I did it through Europe for 2 months and the most i payed for a hostel was $20 a night and that was because dinner and breakfast was included. Get a book called Lets Go… They have many written. Lets go Europe for instance. It tells you the best places to stay, eat, cheapest transportation etc.. good luck and have fun!!!
