There is so much to see in Rome.I spent 3 days there and didnt get to see everything I wanted to.
Venice and Florence.
You have to go to Rome! It’s like walking through a museum. There’s an ancient building around every corner. There’s more than that too. Be careful of Pickpockets. Florence sounds interesting. Venice is supposed to be great
Roma, for sure… there are so many club, pub, nightclub, discos, restaurants *_*… but you can’t spend few days to visit all places!
Venezia, because is like an enchanted world… but I suggest you
to visit it from 25 January to 5 February cause there is carnival… you can’t miss it!!! Torino is very depressing and… sad.
Bye!
from south to north:
1. Palermo – exciting with plenty to see.
2. Catania – good theater (when in season) and absolutely great night life in the theater district.
3. Naples – a wild and crazy city. Loads of fun and beaches are near by. Good museums.
4. Rome Vatican City. You need nearly a life time to discover.
5. Milan – shop ’till you drop… then go bar hoping!
6. Verona – a bit stuffy but a must see.
7. Vicenza – good civic museums
8 thru 10. Venice – always something to do and easy enough to find someone to do it with.
If yo want have fun and like discos, visit Rimini and Riccione…there are a lot of discos, they’re great in summer!
Be sure to visit the Italian Riviera. My favorite place is Cinque Terre it is a group of five fishing villiges and they are each connected by a hiking trail.
sicily… especially syracuse
it depends…if you want art,, architecture or entertainment..
Rome gives you everything, Milan too, yes, ok Venice, Florence, Cesenatico near the sea..
But concerning the way of life and the entertainment and this, because it si the clima and the way of life of the southern people who have more entertainment, i suggest you visit Naples, where life doesnt stop 24 hours
Rome is always great. I really like Florence, I think it is a beautiful city, so much to see. Tuscany is my favorite area of Italy. Right now I am living in Viareggio, which is right on the mediteranean coast.
I am living at Villa Cenami that rents out villas for vacations. Check out the website:
You can look at the apartments, but there is also some genaral information about the area.
Viareggio is a great place to stay while in Italy because it is so convenient to everything. Lucca, (a beautiful, hip city) is just over the hills, you can visit Pisa or Florence via a short train ride, Siena is near by. You can also get to Naples or Rome by a high speed train to take day trips.
Viareggio has a huge, very popular beach, lots of discos and clubs, Cinque terra is right up the coast, as is Forte Di Marmi, which is also popular for it’s beach and clubs.
Have fun!
