rorpino asked:
suppose you are a uk resident who hosted someone (a foreigner) a few months ago…
suppose that someone provided your address at entry…
suppose you are at odds with that person who calls you more than you want and you want to press charges…
is it possible to retrieve that visitor’s information by going to the airport explaining your desire to file a complaint and requesting the visitor’s personal information on the basis that the visitor stayed with you and under your responsibility?

No.
If they have broken the law report them to the Police.
It is illegal to give you any ones information under the Data Protection Act.
Any problems you are having can be reported to the police who will act as a mediator for you. They can obtain that persons information because they can obtain a data information waiver but will not give you any details.
