appreciated.
London, Edinburgh, Dublin, Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhagen. Berlin, Prague, Budapest, Athens, Rome. Madrid, Spain
Stuff like factory tours (with free food at the end), skiing, laser tag, amusement parks– really active stuff.

those are all CITIES, except Spain
I am going to hazard a guess that many of those cities have a full range of recreational opportunities, but not including skiing.
If you are American and have never traveled outside the US before you should get a guidebook and leaf through it a bit. Looking at London, for example, is like looking at NY City. Is there anything that you can’t do if you go there?? They are huge and include so many sections and things to do. They are also expensive. Plus if you go to London and just do things that you could do in the US haven’t you kind of wasted the trip??
Just looking at your city list i would guess that you might enjoy a trip more by cutting it down a bit, say: London, Amsterdam and Paris. Just for an example.
I was in Amsterdam and London this past June, very expensive for American dollar right now. Even pub food was expensive in London. We had fun, did a couple of tours (not free), and also visited friends. You might like the London Eye which is the giant ferris wheel.
welli’m american and love copenhagen….so much i moved to denmark. email me and i can give you some information. have also loved amsterdam and london. I haven’t been to berlin yet but i here there is alot to see and good shopping. Have u thought about vienna….austria is a must see as well as venice and rome.
