from what i’ve heard (and i know afew people that have been there befor for tourism) yess it is very safe if you go with people you have previously looked up that have good reviews
egypt is not in war or affected by war in anyway. tourism in egypt is probably the safest they treat you like gods over there, and make sure your in the happiest and compfortablest mood. and they are very friendly and help you with everythingg and anythingg.
its in no way effected by that war. Its 100% safe, relatively cheap and really great. I love the exotic food, the beaches, hotels, the people. Everything is just amazing and cheaper, than most vacation hot spots.
Yeah of course… Many of people went their and well a few of them died because of heat and maybe traps but that was a very long time ago (1900s). So its safe now! =] just be sure to bring some sunscreen.
Some tourism is safe in egypt. my grandmother went to egypt for a month, but she had an experienced tour guide that took her around. there were police near at all times, which is something to look for in a tour around a somewhat dangerous place. be safe!
I went to Egypt in October last year and I never once felt unsafe or threatened. They play a part in the Israel-Palestine conflict but none of it is on their land. They are merely mediators. There have been a few terrorist/tourist attacks around Egypt but I honestly don’t think you need to worry about it. I’d recommend a Gecko’s Grassroots Adventures tour because it’s pretty difficult to get around solo. Public transport is a little hectic and if you want to live you won’t get behind the wheel of a car there. Hope that helped.
It’s always safe.. until someone detonates a bomb and kills a bunch of tourists.

It isnt safe for women, but men it is fine, just avoid street merchants
i m egyptian and i feel bad to say that, but i should be frankly, it is not safe these days
It is not affected by any war or conflict in the middle east. Egypt is as safe as any other tourist destination.
I don’t believe you can say anywhere is 100% safe. Violence happens everywhere in the world.
As with any country visit other areas other than just the touristy bits to get a real feel for a country and its people.
Souqs, probably the worst place I have been for being hassled when walking (to the point where the vendors follow you trying to get you to buy something).
Is Egypt worth the visit ? Absolutely. Would I go again? Definitely.
it is so safe, more than you can imagine,,,,,egyptian likeand wellcome all other visitors wellcome you in egypt
Yes.
