There may also be a day program in your local area. Go to your local mental health clinic to get the help that you want. Sorry about that. Med-City (Rochester, Minesota) has this inpatient psychiatry and psychology place where you can go. They have everytype of thing. It's all individualized. Yes, they do have adolescents in the building, but they are on a different floor. It is quite spendy, so hopefully you have insurance if you go. UNLESS this retreat involves manual labour, social interaction and helping others. Look up the Community Advice Bureau, and see if they have any volunteer work going where you could help out. Say you are stuck in a rut and need a challenge, don't mention depression. Most organisations have trouble enough with the work without having to worry about the volunteers.
