    No, it is absolutely impossible for over 50’s from New Zealand (or any other Commonwealth country) to qualify as Working Holidaymakers. This scheme is designed for young people who want to travel to the UK, work now and again, then move on. Age limits are between 18 and 30, I think.

    You won’t qualify for a working holiday visa as this visa is only available to commonwealth citizens under the age of 30. You may however be eligible for an ancestry visa if you had a grandparent that was a UK citizen. There is no age limit on the ancestry visa.
