In Canada, where do i go to apply for the UK holiday Visa? Tier 5?

  starting from today it looks like you will need a sponsor –
  such as an employer

  read the below links and see what the requirements are –
  most of these pages are fron the sponsors POV.

  Looks like you still have to have skills.
