1-GO TO THE FRENCH EMBASSY
2- GIVE THEM UR DETAILS PAY THE VISA FEE
3- WAIT FOR 1-3DAYS FOR VISA PROCESSING
4- YOU HAVE GOT THE VISA OF FRANCE*

Call or visit the embassy. You should be able to print out a form, fill it in, and send it to them with your passaport and any other documentation they might need. If in Turkey they might require a visit, if in US, just call them up
