I am F1 student in US and my home country is India.can I visit UK under tourist visa? ?

can any one please tell me the procedure to get a tourist visa to UK. Right now I was in India and on my vacation and I am a F1 visa holder and doing my Masters in United States.

    in order to visit the UK? you will need to ask for a visa from the embassy of the UK in the US,
