Yes because Egypt is in fact another country, you must prefix a country code.
For Egypt that is 20. So Dial: +20xxxxxxxxxxx where the x:s represent the phone number.
dial his Uk number as is.
If its a mobile you want to connect to =just dial his number, its routed via the country of origin anyway. Tip, he will be paying as well as you if you connect, so make it short.
if he applied for his line to be Roaming , just call the number as it is .
you can also try adding ,002 to the number .
Dial the same number as usual as if he is in UK.
He will have to pay for that call as well as yourself.
