if you mean a hike what you need is….
bananas:) full of carbohydrates to give you lots of energy!
chocolate covered Kendal mint cake-a great little boost of energy.
nuts- really good for a quick snack.
    and chocolate in general.
    good luck!
make sure you have lots of plasters if you are walking!
and don’t wear new boots. wear them in.
whats this with???? school or another organisation.

Take plenty of light snacks, i found most of the food i ended up packing was sugary, and after 3 day this gets annoying, try and take some fruit, but eat it on the first day as it will be the heaviest.
choclate peanuts r good :) oh yea and never the forget onion bahjis… they are awsome! and mini popadums! yumm yumm! brownie is nice n filling, take plenty of foods with alot of energy. and never forget the sweets.
we made netle tea.. it woz weird but worked which was gd.. n fun to make..
oh yea, boil in the bag chicken tikka masala is well nice! :)
huge bar of cadbury choclate come in handy, oh yea also it nice if u fill ur platypus with squash!
    hope you have fun!
