if it is a direct flight 12 hr
my aunt did eqypt to paris-ohio but yeah 12-14 hours straight through indirects you add layover
This first part of the answer is based on the assumption of flying out of Cincinnati airport (CVG) to Cairo airport (CAI). The shortest trip is 14 hours and 20 minutes by flying to New York’s JFK airport from CVG and you’ll have 1 hour and 37 minutes on the ground to get on Egyptair MS986.
Next option would take 16 hours and 35 minutes by flying from Cincinnati to Paris – Charles De Gaulle airport (CDG) then to Cairo. You’ll have almost 4 hours on the ground in Paris to wait for your next flight.
If you go with US Airways Lufthansa, it would take 18 hours and 46 minutes with 2 stops on the way through Philadelphia (PHL) and Frankfurt (FRA) airports. With United Airlines Lufthansa, it would take 19 hours and 24 minutes thru Chicago (ORD) and Frankfurt. It would take about 21 hours with American Airlines and British Airways.
If you are flying out of Cleveland, it would take about 13 hours and 45 minutes. You’ll fly to New York’s JFK again with 1 hour and 15 minutes on the ground and take Egyptair MS986.
There are multitude of options depending on where you are going in Egypt (i.e. – Cairo, Luxor, Hurghada, or Sharm el-Sheikh), but I hope this will give you an idea of the length of the trip.
Well there is nothing direct from Ohio, but think between 13 – 17 hours
Hurghada is the perl of the luxurary Egypt. If you have an option on where to go when in Egypt, then you should choose Hurghada or its babysister El Gouna.
