For you to send receive texts it will be the normal rate but for her to send/receive, they will be slightly higher. It all depends on what her cellphone carrier’s roaming rates are. I am from the US and was in Singapore last week. My international roaming costs were $3.00/minute for incoming/outgoing calls and .50 per text received/sent. Normal text rate is .40 for me when I am in the States.
