Can anyone give me tips on the interview process for a travel consultant position with firstchoice?

I have an interview with firstchoice this monday and I really want it can anyone tell me anything about the job or interview and the oppurtunities this may bring. I already work nights at RBS and have no intentions of quitting this job but I have always had a passion for travel and would like to explore this even though the pay isnt great so I will do both if I get offered the position.
