I don’t know whether to book flights and hotel separately or to go via Lastminute or a similar site to book the whole break as a package. Anybody got any advice on what is the best way to go about it or recommend any good websites? Thanks!

Also, hotels are coming in at $3k-5k which is way too expensive. Apart from vacation rentals what other options should I also be looking at? Please add weblinks where possible.
