Where can i get good home made cider from in south west england?

Next week my friend and i are going on a short trip down to the south west of england and we want to get some proper home grown cider from the land of cider.
We are just not sure where to get some from and were wondering if anyone had any suggestions. We are looking for something thats maybe just made at a farm or something and tastes better than the supermarket brands (and the stronger it is the better). Would be really grateful if anyone has any suggestions. We are going to be all over the place from somerset to cornwall so doesnt matter where it is. Thanks.
