Can a Canadian Permanent Resident (not citizen) visit UK without visa?

Me asked:

The person is not living in Canada right now, but holds a valid Canadian Permanent Resident Card.

    hallo,
as a rule United Kingdom visa is not required for citizens of Canada for a stay up to 90 days.
as long as you are PRs i’d suggest your contacting the embassy to know for sure although i believe everything’s fine.
