Goals I have – Know what the Hindu religious practices are (e.g. Prayer/ rituals etc);
Provide a menu that meets Mrs Patel’s dietary requirements;
Communicate with the family about Mrs Patel’s care.
I will be expanding these to cover Action Plan, Resouces, Evaluation and Outcome.

I guess this is for some kind of assignment eh? Well if you find out she’s really into her religion you might want to ask her more about it and tell it’s because you want to accomodate her in the best way possible. Just a thought here….

Get her some ‘reading and listening to’ material too.
Hindu Bhajans (Devotional songs) and other Indian music.
Old Indian films, with a story, too.
Her dietry requirements include vegetarian food of Gujarati flavour.
This is different to North and South Indian.
