How about asking if they could work on a weekend? I don’t know about a list of high street travel agents as I don’t know where abouts your friend is. Use (Yellow Pages online) and do a search.

Have them apply at AAA. That’s a great place to get experience and learn the business. They take people with no experience and they have a great training program.

Why doesn’t she just go to her local high street and walk into the branches of the travel agents? They can tell her what she needs to do.
