Stevie asked: We live in London and need ideas for a weekend break this coming weekend for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 7 and 9.
We can drive but prefer not to have to drive more than 3 hours each way- interests include rough and tumble, water etc.
Many thanks
SM

Goatee_6 asked: Does anyone know what the snow conditions are like in Verbier (Switzerland) in mid-December? I know that last year was a rough year, and that there was very little snow before the holidays – any thoughts on what regular service is like? Has anyone been around that time (thinking Dec 12-14 this year)?

Dan L asked: Eastern Europe has had it’s time; Barcelona, Paris and Amsterdam are done and dusted. So where will everyone be going for the weekend breaks next?

ceottaki asked: I would like to know if it needs to be above a certain height or if there are any other conditions that are a factor for eternal snow to be formed. Thanks!
What we call eternal snow is not really eternal because it is renewed like said by the first person who answered, but a place that will always have snow regardless the season, like the top of very high mountains.
